The Virginia Highland Condominiums

This project consisted of a three-building, 38-unit renovation effort located in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta. Each building has a strong architectural presence, and the renovation effort consisted primarily of improving each building’s envelope efficiency, utility services, and renovating the living units to exceed the expectations of the current real estate market.
